What is KCT Training?
KCT training is 18 hours of online, skill-focused training that equips missionaries and faith ministry workers
to share their story in such a way that potential ministry partners discover the joy and blessing of investing
in their ministry.
What sets KCT training and trainers apart from all others?
- The training is unique because it is convenient and low-cost.
- It is spread over three weeks which eliminates the "fire hose" effect and gives participants time between sessions to build skill in telling their story.
- Linked with effective coaching and accountability, it consistently launches faith ministry workers to their full funding is six months or less.
It has often been said that anything that is not nailed down will hit you in the face during this period of stretching and growing.
Our coaches prayerfully anticipate those moments and won't 'buy in' to the fears. Knowing that God is at work they will keep
pointing you to the light at the end of the tunnel.

What I am taking away from my training experience?
It is so important to be able to tell your story in a very concise and yet exciting way. If you practice, you can get your point across with POWER in only 2 minutes.
This training has been such a blessing. I always knew that God gave these experiences to me for my benefit, but it makes so much sense that He would use them to encourage His body to be involved in what He is doing around the world.
